How do Key Finder Charms work?         

All you do is hook the Key Finder Charm over the side of your bag, and let your keys or cell phone hang down on the inside. It's that simple! Click here to see how to use your Key Finder Charm with your cell phone.

How do I use the Wish List?

You can use the wish list two different ways:

1. It is a great gift registry. Register to add the items you would like to receive. You will be provided with a link to send to your family and friends, so they can purchase the items you have requested.

2. If there is a product that you would like to purchase, but it is currently out of stock, you can add it to your wish list. This will help me know which products to add to my next order. When you register for the wish list, just leave the event date blank.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Absolutely! Please go to the gift certificate page for ordering information.

Can I have a custom Key Finder Charm made with my own logo?

Yes!  What a great way to promote your business or organization.  All the information on ordering a custom logo can be found here.

What is the return policy?

Before returning any product, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in the condition that it was received, and I must have a copy of the original receipt.  You can choose between receiving a refund or exchanging your product for something else of equal value. If you choose to receive a refund, you will receive the amount of the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if an item is out of stock?

If there is an item you would like to purchase, but it is out of stock, please send me a note letting me know which item it is, and how many you would like. I will make sure to add it to my next purchase order. You can also add it to your wish list. Just make sure to leave the event date blank.

Do I have to pay tax?

Taxes apply to California residents.

What are the shipping costs?
Due to the June 14, 2007 Postal Service Rate Increase, the following shipping rates now applies:

1 item:  $4.60
2 items: $5.10
3 items: $5.60
4-5 items: $6.10
6+ items: $8.95 

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?

Yes! The shipping rates are the same as above.

Do you ship to international addresses?

Yes! All international shipping is through USPS Priority Mail International. The following rates apply:

1 item:  $22.00
2 items: $23.00
3 items: $24.00
4-5 items: $25.00
6+ items: $28.00

How do I start my own business selling Finders Key Purse TM products?

I am so glad you asked!  First, please read all the information on the Business Opportunity page.  Second, contact me with any questions you may have. Then, I will send you the required paperwork so you can sign up.

How do I apply to sell these products wholesale?

To apply for a wholesale account, please fill out the initial application.  I will contact you with all the details.

Do I have to purchase the Complete or Mini Biz in a Bag to be a rep?

No, purchasing either the Complete or Mini Biz in a Bag is optional.  If you plan on becoming a rep only, I would encourage you to purchase one of the Biz in the Bag options, so you will have product and sales materials to show your prospective buyers.

How can I purchase Key Finder Charms for our organization or group fundraiser?

You can sign up to be a wholesale vendor. If you organization has a 501 (C)(3) tax exempt number, you will include that on your application. If your group does not have a tax exempt number, you will be responsible for any taxes that might apply.
