Items on Backorder

There may be times that an item will be temporarily out of stock.  If you have already placed an order and paid for the item, I will let you know immediately if an item is on backorder status.   If so, I will give you the approximate wait time for the order to arrive, and you will have one of the following options:

1. Wait for the backordered item to come in, and  then I will ship your complete order to you.

2. Have the in stock items shipped to you as originally scheduled, and have the backordered items shipped to you separately when they come in.

3. Choose another item, that is currently in stock, in place of the backordered item, & your complete order will be shipped as originally scheduled.

I will contact you regarding any out of stock issues, & I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Returns

Before returning any product, you must contact me within 10 days after receiving your product with your reason for return. 

A copy of the receipt must be included with the return, and the product must be in the same condition as received.

You will receive a refund for the actual cost of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You also have the option to exchange the product for something of equal value instead of receiving a refund.
